OFFERS : FORMER ATS BUILDING NEWPORT SOUTH WALES
The ATS building is unoccupied and empty apart from some residual materials from tyre fitting operations. It is approximately 25m x 32m in plan and 5m high to fascia level and some 9m to the ridge of the roof. The structure is of brick with one pine end wall covered with corrugated steel sheeting. The roof consists of steel trusses, some centrally supported on pillars, and is clad with corrugated sheeting. Within the building are a brick and stud partition two storey office building against the south wall and a steel gallery running along the north and part of the west wall. The main access to the building is through the south wall in which there are 2no. full height roller shutter doors and there is a personnel door in the north wall. Abutting the north-west corner is a single storey 'lean-to' building and against the west wall a 'lean-to' toilet block both roofed in felt. Running north west from the west elevation is a free standing brick wall approximately 3 metres high

This Lovely old building would make an excellent Self-Build Project,
Built in the early 1800's,the Unitarin Church/ School Building stood in Portland rd ,Southport Lancashire.Due to the land re-development the Building has been decommissioned to a palletised state with all materials itemised for ease of reconstruction.I have recently been contacted by the producer From the Channel4 programme Grand designs about doing a feature on people who save buildings like this!Please e-mail or Call,For Specifacations/blueprints and more photos such as Windows ,Heads Cills,Blocks,LedLight windows Slates and all Interior Woodwork including,Pitched pine flooring,Balistrading, Paneling and and all internal and external doors
